### Platform Use
You agree to:

### Campaign Eligibility
Only verified or pending 501(c)(3) organizations may raise funds.
Campaigns are strictly prohibited if they involve:
* Gambling, raffles, lotteries
* Explicit content or pornography
* Weapons or violence
* Controlled substances (e.g., CBD, THC)
* Payday loans or get-rich-quick schemes
* Political lobbying or propaganda
* Sale of securities or unlicensed financial products
* Deceptive, misleading, or high-risk services
* Any activity in violation of U.S. law or Halacha (Jewish law)
These restrictions align with our values and Stripe's Restricted Business List and are enforced rigorously.

### 10DLC Compliance Requirements
If your campaign or organization uses SMS messaging, you must comply with the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) regulations governed by U.S.
#### Requirements include:
Registered Use Case: All SMS traffic must be associated with a verified 10DLC campaign, submitted via a trusted messaging provider.
Brand Registration: Your organization must be registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) including EIN, contact info, and authorized use case.
Content Transparency: All SMS messages must clearly identify the sender and provide opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
Consent (Opt-in): Recipients must explicitly opt-in before receiving texts. You must store timestamped opt-in records.
Message Limitations: Prohibited content includes political, sexual, hate, or deceptive messaging. No “lead generation” or affiliate SMS campaigns are allowed.
Rates and Penalties: Improper use may result in delivery penalties or account suspension by carriers.
TzedakaBox reserves the right to deny or terminate SMS services for any campaign that fails to meet 10DLC requirements.

### Donations and Payment Processing
All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant iframe integrations (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do *not* store or access your card or banking data.
Donations are typically non-refundable unless specified during checkout or required by law.
